Ms. Lenard presently serves as a Lecturer of Marketing in the MBA program at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Ms. Lenard retired from Ford Motor Company (NYSE) in 2017, having served as the top marketing executive for Ford in both the U.S. and Asia. From 2013 to 2017, Ms. Lenard held the position of U.S. Chief Marketing Officer. From 2010 to 2013, Ms. Lenard served as Vice President of Marketing for Ford’s Asia Pacific and Africa operations while living in Shanghai, China. Prior to living in China, Ms. Lenard held a number of leadership positions in Marketing, Strategy, Sales, and Finance during her 25 year career with Ford. She has served as a director of TTM Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ) since October 2018 and is a member of the Compensation Committee. Ms. Lenard has served as a director of Uni-Select Inc. (TSX) since May 2020 and is a member of the HR and Compensation Committee. The board believes Ms. Lenard’s deep experience in brand management, digital analytics, developing and executing customer-driven strategies, and leading large, complex organizations, as well as her public company board and committee experience, qualify her to serve on the board and as a member of the Comensation and Audit Committees.
